What Are The Most Common Indigo Traits?

Indigo children and indigo adults are special people, however sometimes they themselves do not realize that they are bestowed with superior abilities. While growing up, indigo children are exposed to metaphysics in their life, and this might lead to personal misunderstanding. Some of the common Indigo traits are mentioned below:

Defiant and stubborn behavior: The indigo children may demonstrate a defiant behavior in a quiet or expressive manner. They might also be very stubborn in nature and not listen to others.

Highly sensitive: Although indigo people are at a higher state in regards to all senses, however this is more visible in case of emotional sensitivity. Many indigo people find it difficult to tolerate loud music in theaters or concerts. However this doesn’t apply to listening to soft music in person.

Depression syndrome: Besides being emotionally sensitive, indigos also have a common tendency to get depressed. This form of depression arises from not being able to realize their actual powers and not having any association with other indigo people. When they find themselves different from others and are unable to confide in someone, they suffer loneliness, resulting in depression. Far sightedness: Indigo people have the ability to see beyond what is apparent on the surface. They can see the truth and be able to judge a person beyond the exterior self. They share deep and meaningful relationships with other people, and they are not very attached to materialistic things.

System revolts: These people do not pay much heed to the systems and they will break down any system if that doesn’t make sense to them. The bold indigo children do not hesitate to ask questions to their teachers in school and revolt against any rule that does not serve an authentic purpose. The quiet and shy ones will usually suffer in silence, and this will not be apparent to others.

An alien feel: Many indigo feel like they do not belong to this planet. Sometimes an indigo child might feel like he/ she is not perfectly fit in the school or family, hence feel “alienated”. They have the tendency to relocate in search of places that feels more like home, they usually go in the search for their own place soon after they become adults.
